📅 When are the earliest dates available?

Our first open dates begin December 2025. Because this is a limited-availability package, dates will fill quickly.

👥 How many guests are included in the $5,000 package?

The base package includes catering and seating for 50 guests.
You may increase your guest count up to 200 for additional per-person fees and expanded service requirements.

📸 Can we add more photography or videography time?

Yes! You can add additional hours of both photography and videography to capture more of your day — from getting ready through your final send-off. We’ll customize the timeline based on your needs.

🌸 Are décor and florals customizable?

The package includes a set amount of décor and floral arrangements designed to beautifully fill your ceremony and reception spaces.
These florals are included at no extra cost.

  • 5 Bridesmaid Bouquets — $50 per additional bouquets

  • 10 Boutonnieres & Corsages — included — $5 per additional Boutonniere or $10 per Corsage

Reception Centerpieces
Choose one style or mix and match the options below:

  • 10 Centerpieces (5–6” vase diameter) 

  • 25–30 Mason Jar or 3” Vases 

  • 50–60 Bud Vases (1–2” diameter) 

These pieces offer a beautiful, cohesive floral setup suitable for a 50-guest wedding.

🌺 Can we upgrade the florals?

Absolutely! While the base florals cover the essentials, you can upgrade or customize:

  • Larger or more elaborate bridal bouquets

  • Additional bridesmaid bouquets

  • Ceremony arches or floral structures

  • Garland, aisle flowers, or specialty installations

  • Premium blooms or themed color palettes

Your coordinator will work with you to create a custom floral plan and provide an itemized quote.

 

🎶 Can we bring our own DJ or vendors?

This package is designed around our preferred vendor team to keep the price affordable and the planning stress-free.
However, if you have a special request, please let us know — we’re always happy to explore options.

🏛 Can we choose another venue?

This specific package is built for the Hattiesburg Cultural Center because it allows us to offer everything at the $5,000 price point. We have the option to use the Hattiesburg Train Depot for an additional $1,000. If you have another venue in mind, we can discuss creating a custom package. 

📋 What does the wedding coordinator handle?

Your coordinator will:

  • Assist with planning and timeline creation

  • Manage vendor communication

  • Organize setup and takedown

  • Oversee the ceremony and reception flow

  • Handle any day-of issues so you don’t have to

This alone removes the biggest source of wedding-day stress.

💒 Who provides the officiant?

The officiant is not included in the package.

However, we can:

  • Help arrange an officiant if you need one

  • Provide recommendations we know and trust

We encourage couples to choose someone meaningful — a pastor, friend, or family member — because it adds a personal and intimate touch to your ceremony.

📷 Can we bring our own photographer or videographer?

The discounted rate of this package includes our photography and videography services; removing them doesn’t reduce the package price.
You are welcome to bring additional photographers or videographers if desired.

Yes — a beautifully designed 2-tier wedding cake is included in the package. With some limited floral and textured décor options.

Your package includes a 2-tier cake sized perfectly to serve 50 guests, typically:

  • Top Tier: 6-inch

  • Bottom Tier: 10-inch

A 6” + 10” tier combination yields 50–56 servings, making it the ideal size for weddings in this package.

🎀 Can we customize the cake?

Absolutely! The included cake features classic, elegant buttercream design. With some limited floral and textured décor options.
You can upgrade your cake for an additional fee if you want:

  • Premium or themed designs

  • Extra tiers

  • Specialty fillings

  • Sheet cake additions for larger guest counts

Your coordinator will guide you through the design and customization process.

What You Will Need to Provide

While our team handles all major vendors and logistics, here’s what we ask couples to provide:

💒 Officiant

Your officiant is not included in the package, but we can help you find someone if needed.
We strongly encourage choosing someone who knows you personally — it brings warmth, intimacy, and meaning to your ceremony.

👰 Wedding Attire & Accessories

Bridal gown, groom attire, bridal party clothing, jewelry, shoes, and personal accessories.

💄 Hair & Makeup Services

We encourage brides to choose their preferred stylist or glam team so you can get the exact look you love.

There is plenty of space at the venue for your beauty team to set up comfortably, including:

  • Large tables and outlets

  • Natural light areas for makeup

  • Room for multiple stylists to work at once

If you need recommendations, we can provide trusted local artists who regularly work with our brides.

💍 Marriage License

You are responsible for obtaining your marriage license according to local Mississippi guidelines.

📜 Personalized Ceremony Elements

Vows, readings, unity ceremonies, or any special traditions you want to include.

🛍 Any Personal Décor Items

If you have sentimental items (photos, signs, heirlooms, memory table items), you’re welcome to bring them.
Your coordinator will set them up for you.
